McGlashan ' Went Down Like A Tonne Of Spuds'

HUISA chairman Keith Dodd didn't mince his words when interviewed about last night's FA Cup Replay. He spoke just after H&W sports editor Trevor Owens had said that the penalty which lead to Cheltenham's first goal 'didn't look like a penalty to me'.

"I think the penalty decision was an absolute disgrace," said Dodd

"In the VP club afterwards the Premier League assessor was shaking his head in disbelief.

"And, apparantly, David Moyes spoke to several people saying he could not believe it was a penalty.

"That got us off to a bad start.

"I think the situation with that penalty was disgraceful.

"He'd gone by the guy (Gallinagh) and then he (McGlashan) just went down like a tonne of spuds.

"One of the most one-sided referees I seem in a football match in a long, long while.

"I think we had six booked to their none.

"Every time we had a player tackle he got booked and he just waved their players aside.

"Very disappointed in the referee, I thought he was poor, poor, poor last night."
