The Bulls make the long trip to Barrow on Friday evening for a Premier Sports televised match against The Bluebirds.

The FBS Stadium (known to many fans as Holker Street) has a capacity of 4256 with 1000 of those seated in the Main Stand.  Visiting fans are normally accommodated on the uncovered Holker Street terrace but an adequate number of seats are made available in a section of the Main Stand.  Admission is £14 for adults, £11 for concessions, £6 for U16's and £3 for U7's with a £1 premium for a seat.

HUISA – No coach to Barrow

BY CAR – Drive to Worcester ant take the M5 north to join the M6 north.  Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and take the A590 towards Barrow-in-Furness. As you enter the outskirts of Barrow you will pass a fire station on your right. You should now be able to see the floodlights of the stadium over on your left. Turn left into Wilkie Road and then right into Holker Street. Plenty of street parking is available.  Distance is around 230 miles and you should allow at least four and a half hours due to M6 traffic at peak times.

REFRESHMENTS – There is a club at the ground called Crossbar, which welcomes visiting fans, and a Pub next to the ground called The Soccer Bar.  Otherwise if you go along Walney Road (A590) towards the town centre firstly passing Asda, turn left onto Duke Street for the town centre itself, before which you will find the CAMRA Good Beer Guide listed Ambrose Hotel. Alternatively continue on the A590 passing first The Owl and The Pussycat pub (food available) before you will reach a retail park that has a number of eating outlets including a McDonalds and KFC as well as a Tesco Extra.  There is a chip shop in Bath Street, which is a couple of hundred yards along Walney Road past the Wilkie Street turning.  Pub information taken from The Ground Guide http://www.footballgroundguide.com/conference/barrow.htm

See you on the tellybox.
