McPhee Expected To Stay In South West

Free agent Chris McPhee is expected to stay in the South West following his release from Torquay.

This morning's Western Morning News carries an additional quote from Gulls boss Martin Ling: "I know there are several clubs in both the Conference and the Conference South who are interested in him. But Chris says he wants to stay in the area, and that may influence where he goes next."

The paper says that Conf South sides Salisbury, Bath, and Weston-Super-Mare could be eventual destinations.
