Former Cheltenham Town midfielder Dave Bird has joined Gloucester City after failing to win a deal with Hereford United.
Bird was released by Cheltenham Town last January and according to the Gloucester press has been training with the Bulls in a bid to win a deal. It is understood that the 27 year old, who racked up over 300 appearances for the Robins, is likely to be a summer acquisition at Edgar Street.
