Crewe boss Steve Davis has backed the Bulls to stay in League Two.
After reviewing Saturday's DVD, Davis praised his players for defending en masse against a strong Bulls attack. He told Crewe's official site:
"It was a tough game because Hereford made it hard and are a lot better than their league position suggests.
"Their manager said afterwards that it was the best they have played and I think they will be fine if they work as hard as they did against us."
Meanwhile, a Bulls side is reported to have played a reserve match against Birmingham today. Several players have tweeted about the match, which is reported to have ended in a 3-0 win for the Bulls. Richard Peniket scored twice, with Kenny Lunt grabbing the other. Birmingham's first team squad is in Europa League action tomorrow night.
