Work continues on Sportman's Club

Whilst there isn't too much good news on the pitch at Edgar Street at present, off the pitch work on the renovations to the Sportsman Club continues.

It is hoped the work will be completed by January. Already, as our picture shows, new windows have been installed.

Meanwhile new advertising boards have been put up around the ground. BigFREEbet.com have taken several spaces and Sunshine Radio are to have a couple of boards as well.

Finally, this season BN sponsored striker Stuart Fleetwood until he recently moved on and now sponsor loanee keeper David Cornell.

When news broke that Fleets was moving to Luton, BN acted quickly to move its sponsorship. The club readily agreed and changed the wording in the match programme for the next home game which was just a few days away.

Fleets kindly signed his home shirt, and the club handed over the shirt to BN yesterday.
