The Bulls remain a point from safety after today's results, but with a drastically worse goal difference than their nearest competitor. Bradford were a goal up at Crawley but lost 3-1 to leave manager Phil Parkinson without a win from his five games in charge. Bottom side Plymouth went down 2-0 at Southend and had another player sent off. Barnet and Northampton are both three points above the Bantams, with the Bees losing 2-0 at home to Oxford, and the Cobblers losing 3-1 at Macclesfield. Dagenham, 2-1 losers at home to Morecambe, and Accrington, who lost 2-0 to Crewe, are a point better off.

At the top Morecambe lead by two points from Rotherham, who drew 3-3 at Torquay. Shrewsbury are third after shaking off a Port Vale comeback to win 3-2, while Burton are fourth after their 2-0 win over Swindon, with Crawley and Southend level on points with the Brewers. Wimbledon keep touch with the play-off race after a 4-1 win over Cheltenham, while Aldershot are now seven games unbeaten after winning 1-0 at Bristol Rovers.

In the Conference Gateshead lead by a point after drawing 1-1 with Cambridge, while Wrexham lost 3-0 at home to York. Luton are up to second after beating Lincoln 1-0. Newport lost again, 1-0 at Braintree, and Forest Green lost 3-2 at home to Southport. Kidderminster beat Alfreton 3-1 to stay fifth.
