I'm not a Quitter says Pitman

In his post match interview Jamie Pitman has said he is not quitting after the Bulls were defeated 6-1 by Gillingham this afternoon.

Keith Hall asked him if he would still be in charge for next Saturday's Cheltenham game.

"One thing I'm not, I'm not a quitter and I won't quit," Pitman told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"If that's what they decide it's up to them. And if they think that's the best for the football club then fine I'll accept that decision.

"I'm not going to give in. I'm not a quitter.

"That's up to them to decide. That's out of my hands."

Of the game itself Pitman thought it was a bit of a strange game.

"It started brightly, good opportunities to do something better than we did with it in the final third then we end up finding ourselves 6-0 down."

Pitman dropped Delroy Facey to the bench and Micheal Townsend was left off the teamsheet.

"Yeah it was a brave decision but at the end of the day but at the end of the day who else have I got to put on there?

"Decisions are always good or bad in hindsight. You have to live with those.

"If you don't take your chances you always come under pressure."
