Fleet's Fee is for Pitman's Pot

Hereford United chairman David Keyte has told the Worcester News that the money from the sale of Stuart Fleetwood to Luton will be for manager Jamie Pitman.

"We didn’t have an agreement with Luton in the afternoon and then I had a call to say Stuart was aware of it and was willing to agree terms with them to go," said Keyte.

"It was money that wasn’t required by the club so that will go back in the manager’s pot.

"The deadline has gone so it will have to be for loanees to freshen up the side and that’s back with the manager.

"We have received money from Luton Town that we were not chasing so that is there for the squad."
