Lease Deal for Edgar Street Should Be Confirmed

With the news that the Conservatives are to remain in charge of Herefordshire Council, it looks as though the new lease deal for Hereford United's Edgar Street football ground should be confirmed shortly.

It is thought that the deal could be for a period of around 99 years, maybe longer, which would give the Hereford United board confidence to go ahead with improvements to the stadium.

Currently the Bulls pay £9,700 per year for the lease.
