The Football League 'Commission' into Hereford and Torquay's use of an ineligible player at Plainmoor on February 1st is to take place at Bristol City tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.
It is not yet clear whether any decision will be announced after the meeting.
At the worst it is thought that both clubs could be deducted three points but there are mitigating circumstances and the three person panel will hear evidence from both clubs.
