Port Vale say they have concluded their investigation into the 'coach-gate' affair and both Jim Gannon and Geoff Horsfield are continuing in their roles. The club have refused to say whether any disciplinary action has been taken against anyone. The Valiants' board face losing their announced poll of shareholders according to a fans group who have already polled the club's 975 shareholders. 40% responded to the poll, with the vast majority saying they had no confidence in the current board.

Chesterfield's home match with Rotherham on Friday night is a complete sell-out. The match is live on Sky. Reading say Mathieu Manset is going nowhere after rumours circulated that Wycombe wanted the Frenchman on loan. Gillingham are taking the BBC to court in a bid to get the details of a user of their 606 forums that made claims against the club. They intend to sue the poster over claims of racial bias at Priestfield.

Plymouth's Administrator hopes to complete a deal with one of the bidders for the club today that will see funds injected and the bidder receive exclusivity in the race to buy the club. Rotherham have extended the loan of Swindon defender Callum Kennedy until the end of the season. The 21 year old has played four times for the Millers so far.

Wycombe are joining Macclesfield in appealing the fine received for their mass brawl, with both sides claiming the fine is excessive. Lincoln striker Delroy Facey is out for the rest of the season after dislocating his shoulder in last night's game with Macclesfield.
