Results Round Up - Bulls Three Points Clear

The Bulls are three points clear of the drop zone after their win tonight, with other results - and the fog - leaving their rivals trailing.

Stockport earned a 1-1 draw with leaders Chesterfield to remain bottom on goal difference, while Barnet's game at Aldershot was abandoned at half time due to fog with the scores level. Burton are now only clear of the bottom by goal difference - but with seven games in hand on Stockport, and six on Barnet, after losing 3-0 at Shrewsbury. Lincoln draw Bradford into danger after beating them 2-1, while Macclesfield drop further into danger and below the Bulls after a 4-2 home loss to Bury. Morecambe are within three points of the Bulls after drawing 1-1 at Accrington.

At the top Chesterfield lead by five points from Wycombe, who beat Cheltenham 2-1. Rotherham lost 1-0 at Port Vale but retain third with the Valiants moving up to fifth behind Bury. The Shrews return to sixth with Crewe, hammered 6-2 at Northampton, dropping down to seventh. Southend beat Oxford 2-1 to halt their play-off charge.

In the Conference Luton beat Darlington 4-0 to move second in the table, while leaders AFC Wimbledon lost 4-1 at York. Wrexham kept up their play-off push with a 2-1 win over Altrincham, while managerless Cambridge lost 2-1 at Rushden.

At the foot of League One Dagenham beat Brentford 4-1 to cut their safety gap to seven points and leave the Bees fans calling for the head of manager Martin Scott. Swindon lost 3-2 at Bournemouth to drop into the bottom four with Yeovil scrambling clear after a 1-0 win over Plymouth.
