The sale of Wrexham is several weeks away, with the seperation of the football club and Racecourse ground still to be done before the club can be sold to the announced party. Brentford have put veteran striker Nicky Forster in temporary charge after the sacking of Andy Scott yesterday. The 37 year old will be assisted by coach Mark Warburton.

Plymouth have been told by the taxman that the winding up order they face next Wednesday will be dismissed after the club paid off all their tax debts. They still require £2million to cover costs until the end of the season. Accrington have admitted going ahead with the extension of their terracing to meet Football League requirements without the necessary planning permission. The work will increase the height of the terrace by 1.5metres, with the club saying they consulted local residents before starting.
