Fair Result said Colbeck

Hereford United's Joe Colbeck has given his reaction to this afternoon's drab draw at Edgar Street.

"I think it was a fair result," Colbeck told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"If anything they created more chances than we did.

"Had anyone got away with a 1-0 win they would have nicked it.

"Before the game we would probably have taken a draw."

Burton played much of the game with five across the middle.

"I think it ruined the game for us because at times we were just going from side to side.

"When we played the killer pass they were so compact and so tight we found it very difficult. Their game plan worked."

There were two sending offs in the game. The second was the Hereford captain Janos Kovacs.

"Janos is finding it harsh to be honest. I'm not sure, I think he's been caught flat-footed as he's gone to turn and he might have nicked him (Calvin Zola).

"I don't think it was a yellow card. I think he's been influenced by the first red that he had to give his second yellow.

"I thought he was just going to give a free-kick and we were all getting set in our positions. He had the influence of their manager and Calvin Zola running up to him in his ear.

"I thought if he was going to give the red card he would have given it straight away."
