Bulls Ask For Catering Patience

Bulls Vice Chairman Tim Russon has told the official site he is delighted with the new catering deal with Ascari.

He asks fans for patience as the change will take a while to be fully implemented, but is confident that the local firm can be a success with supporters: "We're delighted to have Ascaris with us on this. They have long been friends and fans of the club and one of our main aims is to work with and reward local businesses. To start from scratch is a huge task so we can't do all we want to do straight away but given time we hope to give Delia a run for her money."

The new operation takes over from Lindley immediately, with their first test coming on Tuesday with the visit of Swansea to Edgar Street.

Ascari's MD Nick Vaughan has already asked fans for their opinions on new ranges through the Bulls Banter forum, with Hereford Steak Baps coming out as a firm favourite of the choices.
