Burton have signed ex-Chester defender Shaun Kelly on a deal until the end of the season. The 21 year old, like the rest of Chester's squad, became a free agent when the club stopped paying his wages. He had also had a trial at Port Vale. Chester, meanwhile, are to be the subject of eviction proceedings by the local council to oust the shell of a football club from the Deva Stadium. Council chiefs have already indicated they want the fans group to form a new club playing at the stadium.
Bradford have signed Millwall midfielder Adam Boulder on loan for a month. He is signing no.6 for Peter Taylor in less than two weeks. Darlington have signed Leeds' teenage defender Adam Milne on loan until the end of the season. He had a spell at the club earlier this season, but injury ended it after just one game.
Bournemouth have released details of their creditors last summer, when the current owners took over. Amongst the debt, totalling nearly £1.8million is £500,000 to the taxman, £150,000 in staff wages, and £186,000 to football creditors. They also list current liabilities at just over £1million. Their supporters' trust has responded that the club has failed to agree to meet them, as promised, ahead of the March 11th deadline.
Morecambe have released forward Michael Twiss after six years with the club. The 32 year old has been a bit player for the last two years and wants regular football. Aldershot are to loan midfielder Lewis Chalmers to Oxford for the rest of the season, and have released fellow midfielder Bobby Hopkinson after a non-contract spell at the club. Shrewsbury have loaned striker Andre Gray to Hinckley for a month.
Cheltenham have signed Bristol Rovers' Aaron Lescott and Colchester's Medy Elito on one month loans. Teenage winger Elito has made a few sub appearances for the U's this season, while Lescott has started all but ten of the Pirates' games this term. Hartlepool have issued a statement defending their legal action against Billingham Town. They claim they have not received any money from the Northern League side since late 2008.
Northampton have handed manager Ian Sampson a new three year contract, and also expect to agree a new deal with assistant boss Malcolm Crosby.
