McCallum may miss Bradford Game

Hereford United's Gavin McCallum is rated a doubt for tomorrow's League Two match against Bradford City.

He had to be subbed towards the end of the first half in last Tuesday's match against Morecambe and is reported to be struggling with a knee injury.

Manager Graham Turner has no other new injury problems. He may start with new loan signing Lewis Young instead of McCallum.

Turner is hopeful of getting something from the game after two defeats since he returned to the dug-out.

"I think we have played reasonably well and I don’t think we have had the rewards," Turner told the Worcester News.

"They have got to keep their belief in themselves and if we can continue to play in the same vein we will be OK.

"We are not in a good run but it’s about how we handle the pressure and I am sure the players can do that."

Turner is also hoping for a much better gate after the dismal attendance of just 1208 last Tuesday. With Bradford expected to bring around 400, a gate of over 2,000 is quite likely especially with a new striker on view.
