New Crowd Low For Silkmen

Macclesfield produced the lowest League crowd of the season tonight with just 1,035 watching them lose to Northampton.

The 2-0 win moves the Cobblers up to 13th and keeps the Silkmen, who managed only one shot on target, a solitary point above the Bulls. The gate is the lowest League attendance since Accrington entertained Luton last February.
