Formed in 1898, Sutton have a proud history and famously put Coventry City out of the Cup in the third round of the 1988/89 season. Aldershot. Torquay, Colchester and Peterborough United have also been brushed aside during their Cup exploits. Current Crewe station master, Dario Gradi, is a former Sutton player.
They currently lie 9th in the Ryman Premier having won 6 and lost 5 of their 11 fixtures to date. They are managed by former Eastleigh boss Paul Doswell and have ex Stevenage stalwart Jason Goodliffe as Club Captain.
