Simon Hooper from Wiltshire is set to referee next Saturday's League Two fixture between Hereford United and Darlington.
The last time Hooper refereed at Edgar Street was last March when Southend were the visitors. The Bulls lost that game 1-0 and Hooper booked four players - Sam Hewson, Sam Gwynne, Darren Dennehy and Dean Beckwith - and awarded Southend the debatable penalty that seperated the two sides.
To date this season Hooper has officiated 12 matches and given out 30 yellow and one red card which was last Saturday at Plymouth where he sent off Darcy Blake.
