Peterboro defender Danny Blanchett has signed for the Bulls on a one month loan, their official site has announced.
The former Cambridge City left back was a second half sub for The Posh at Edgar Street last February, helping them keep a clean sheet in the 1-0 win. The 21 year old was transfer listed in the summer, and had trials with Port Vale before their budget ran out. He was due to join Stevenage on loan in early August, but never made an appearance and the move was quietly forgotten. Prior to his arrival at Peterboro, he was invited to Anfield for trials with Liverpool.
He is the seventh loan signing currently with the Bulls, though neither Darren Dennehy or Jonny Godsmark are expected to be available for Saturday's game.
