Two Points Dropped (For Morecambe)

The Bulls will be grateful for their first point of the season, but the Lancashire Constabulary will certainly be asked to investigate how the Shrimps were denied three points in today's match.

A Marc Pugh double ensured a share of the spoils, but his last minute strike was a true snatch and grab raid after Morecambe had a number of good chances either totally wasted or foiled by Adam Bartlett to put the game beyond doubt. The 355 travelling Bulls, in a crowd of 2,119, went home happier, but disappointed at the level of performance.

Full report later.
