Bristol City have confirmed accepting a bid for ex-Bull Michael McIndoe, but haven't said from whom. Rumours suggest Coventry are favourites after a move to Sheff Utd failed earlier in the summer. Morecambe ended their pre-season campaign with a 1-0 home loss to Barrow. Bournemouth striker Steve Fletcher has signed a new 12 month deal with the club. The 37 year old striker has played over 600 times for the club.

Ex-Bull Michael Ingham was one of four York players arrested at 4am on Sunday morning on suspicion of affray. They have all been released on Police bail after the team bonding excercise. Grimsby striker Nathan Jarman will miss the first six weeks of the season with a broken bone in his foot. Accrington trialist Gary King has turned down a contract with them in favour of Unibond side Boston.

Former Bull Jordan Fitzpatrick, now with Worcester City, was sent off for a head butt in their friendly at Hinckley.
