Brown takes over from Harvey

Former Hereford United striker David Brown has been put in charge at Forest Green Rovers following Jimmy Harvey's dispute with the club.

Harvey has been put on 'gardening leave' whilst both he and Forest Green consider their next moves.

Brown had recently taken on the coaching job at the New Lawn but the offer of the managers position, albeit for now on a temporary basis, most have come as somewhat as a surprise to him.
