Paul Parry's move to Preston is to go ahead according to the Welsh Press.
He is reported to have told his club mates at Cardiff City - 'I'm on my way'.
Preston boss Andy Irvine has offered Parry a three year deal and a fee to Cardiff approaching £300,000.
