Graham Turner has said that after relegation there was a need for change and now with John Trewick installed as manager 'it is down to him'.
"It was John's [Trewick's] wishes to make a number of changes," Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"We don't want that aftermath of relegation this season to carry on into next season.
"Sometimes you need a fresh start and it's a wonderful opportunity for him with players out of contract because he can keep the players he wants to keep and bring in a dozen or so fresh players.
"In the end you want quality rather than quantity but I would think the squad will be just over 20 always keeping the door open for one or two promising young players if they become available."
