Scunthorpe's player/assistant boss Andy Crosby has admitted his side is suffering from nerves.
Speaking to the Scunthorpe Telegraph the veteran defender, who made only his third League start of the season on Saturday, he blamed the nerves on the ages of the squad with seven of Saturday's starting XI under 24:
"We had a chat in the dressing room after the Carlisle game on Saturday and said these next 10 games could change peoples careers. It's about keeping calm heads and having no regrets. That's what we've got to do. I think nerves are bound to come into it.
"We've got quite a young group and it's important that the experienced players look after them, channel their energy in the right way and let them express themselves on the pitch. They are good players and they've proved that. They are perhaps not used to this situation. It's the first season playing regularly for one or two people. It's important that the experienced lads have got good things to say to them and look after them.
"We've got to take advantage of our next three home games because they are massive. Our next two games are against teams who are down the bottom of the table, Hereford and Brighton, and they won't make things easy for us. They will probably come to Glanford Park and be delighted with a point. If you offered that to them now, they would take it because they are desperate for points."
