Hereford United striker and captain for the day Steve Guinan told BBC Hereford and Worcester that it had been 'one hell of a game'.
"I think it had everything apart from a penalty.
"The Gaffer told us what it would be like, strong and physical. And I knew what a lot of players at Cheltenham were about. I knew Spencer and Owusu would make it difficult for us.
"Losing both centre-halves, it was a back to the wall job.
"When you're down at the bottom you have to give everything you've got and today the lads gave everything. People playing out of position. I was struggling towards the end.
"It was a great away performance to come back from 2-1 down and win 3-2 was a fanastic result for us.
"Two good free kicks from Sam Hewson turned it around for us."
