John Finnigan is hoping for a recall to the Cheltenham side on Saturday so he can mark his 'best man' Hereford United striker Steve Guinan.
Finnigan missed fourteen months of action after injury and has only just returned to the Robins squad.
"I probably won't speak to him before the game, but his family are coming to see my wife Sarah and the kids, so hopefully I will be the one gloating on Saturday night," Finnigan told the Forester.
"We have known each other years and been on holiday together, so it will be nice to see him.
"But all that goes out of the window on Saturday afternoon when there are three points to play for."
He also spoke about the game.
"There is still a long way to go, but this is a huge game.
"If we could beat one of our rivals it would be huge for us mentally and give us confidence going into a busy period of games."
