It's an awful statistic for a club who likes to get the ball down and play, but Hereford United have only scored one goal in their last ten matches from open play.
Today's FA Cup visitors Dagenham conceded five goals at Shrewsbury last Tuesday in the Paint Trophy so will be looking to tighten up their defence. In any case they may well decide to come to Edgar Street happy to settle for a draw and therefore a reply a week next Tuesday.
It's unlikely Hereford United will be pleased with the prospect of going to London on a cold November evening and their supporters won't look forward to standing behing their goal out in the open.
