The Bulls Are A Load Of Cobblers

The Bulls lost today's League One match with Northampton 2-0, and deserved little more.

While the Meadow End held their tongue, the Cobblers fans chanted 'You're not very good' - and they were right. Another reshuffled pack, with recent stand-out performer Kris Taylor dropped, produced the same nice passing with little end result.

The 387 travelling fans were equally bemused as the home supporters as, yet again, the Bulls were given offside from a throw in. The referee agreed this time it was a mistake, awarding a drop ball, but it was the only positive from a very poor display from the officials who were clearly unfit for League football.

The Bulls remain two places off the bottom of the table, but are now five points adrift of safety due to other results.

Full report later.
