Colchester manager Geraint Williams has left the club after their disappointing start to the season.
He was appointed manager in June 2006 but won only 30 of 106 games in charge as they struggled to stay in the Championship during his two full seasons in charge. This summer's relegation and a poor start to the season has sealed his fate after ten years at the club as player, coach, and manager.
