Foxes Join Bulls In League One

Leicester City have been relegated to League One after only managing a draw in their final game.

It will be the first time in their 124 year history that the Foxes will play outside the top two divisions. They went down after Southampton twice dropped a lead before finally beating Sheff Utd 3-2.

They are the 20th name to be confirmed for League One next season, with one to come up from the League Two play-offs and three to stay down from the League Two play-offs.

It will be a welcome return by the Bulls to the Walkers Stadium, the home of their 2006 Conference play-off victory. The Bulls last played Leicester in the Carling Cup in September 2006, with the Foxes running out 3-1 winners, but it will be the first League meetings between the sides next season.
