Substitute and scorer of Hereford United's second goal last night at Wycombe, Simon Johnson received an eight for his efforts. Ben Smith and Lee Collins merited a seven and all the other Hereford players were given a six.
The goal must have given Johnson much pleasure as a proposed move for him from Darlington to Wycombe didn't go ahead pre-season and he came to Hereford instead.
Hereford had four attemps on goal and Wycombe six. John McCombe hit the woodwork but the main difference stat-wise was the number of fouls by Wycombe, 18 as against eight by Hereford.
Possession was assessed as 54% to Wycombe and 46% to Hereford.
There were no bookings for either side.
As reported earlier Hereford stay fourth in the League Table:
1 Milton Keynes Dons 18 18 38
2 Darlington 18 20 36
3 Peterborough 18 15 34
4 Hereford 18 14 33
5 Rotherham 17 9 33
6 Chester 18 10 32
7 Chesterfield 16 13 30
