Dennis Wise is expected to rotate his squad for tomorrow evening's cup-tie at Hereford according to the Leeds United Official Website.
"Hereford will be a difficult game, we know that," said Wise.
"It's an interesting game. It'll be a difficult place to go, and we're on TV so it's important we show people what we are about.
"It'll be tough because they are going well, they won 5-1 last weekend and won again on Tuesday, and they will cause us problems. But we are looking forward to it.
"It's an opportunity for one or two players to come in and show what they are capable of, and a chance for one or two to have a go. We'll see what happens.
"Alan Thompson trained on Tuesday, but he's been out quite a while now, and we'll see how we're looking with the other lads.
"Some have played a lot of games and it may do them good to have a nice rest.
"It's an important cup for us, it's a money spinner. If you can get in the third round and get a big club...It's important to us to get though, and that's an incentive."
