Millers sign Bean on short term deal

Rotherham have added to their squad just in time for Saturday's trip to Hereford with the signing of 22 year old midfielder Marcus Bean. He may act as cover for the injured Mark Hudson.

Meanwhile the Millers manager, Mark Robins, has given his pre-match analysis.

"We are looking forward to the game this weekend at Hereford, after all it is the big kick off to the new season. Everybody is waiting with anticipation, of how we are going to play and how well we are going to do and the lads are looking forward to it. We have brought players in over the summer and the banter is now starting to flow.

"In terms of the team we are going to be playing against, I think we have to treat Hereford with respect. This is because there are threats all the way through the team. If you don't repsect them for the way they play, then we are liable to get kicked in the teeth. We have to make sure we are prepared right for the game and I think we are prepared."
