It was a perfectly satisfactory first season back in League Football after promotion from the Conference for Hereford United, although they did find goals hard to come by. The vastly experienced Graham Turner has looked to address the problem by bringing in a number of strikers over the summer, although whether the likes of Steve Guinan, Trevor Benjamin and Simon Johnson are the answer is open to doubt. The departure of defender Tamika Mkandawire is a major blow and the Bulls could be hard pushed to keep their noses above the trap-door as a consequence.
