The South Devon Herald Express carries an article suggesting that local businessman Keith Richardson is talking about a return to Torquay United as part of a consortium to buy out want-away Mike Bateson. "To achieve this we need strength in depth and quality." No doubt a stadium which is at least a quarter full would also help.
