Boston appear to have the majority support needed from shareholders and creditors to arrange a CVA.
But, as expected, no formal vote will take place until after the club's League status is decided, with the BBC suggesting that the vote could even take place on the day of their final match with Wrexham.
Gerald Krasner, appointed to oversee the proposed CVA, told reporters: "Although there's been no formal vote, we had an indication that there is a sufficient majority of both creditors and shareholders to support this arrangement and allow football to continue in Boston."
