With effect from 1st July 2007, Dario Gradi is appointed Crewe Alexandra Football Technical Director.
As such Dario will be responsible to the board for all the club's football activities, including the first team.
Neil Baker will continue as Assistant Manager and continue his direction and management of the Club's scouting activities, which have been strengthened by the appointment of Glyn Chamberlain.
At the same time, Steve Holland is appointed First Team Coach. He will play a pivotal role in the training, team selection and management of the first team playing squad.
In addition, Steve will continue as manager of the Academy, to which the following appointments have been made; Neil Critchley and James Collins, previously players at the club have been appointed full time coaches, and Phil Swift who joined from Stoke City Football Club as the Academy Youth Scout.
