Board Block Boston Loans

With the loan deadline passing, Boston manager Steve Evans has confirmed that he will fight the remainder of the season with just 12 players.

Evans lined up four loan deals ahead of the deadline, but the Boston board refused to sanction any of the deals - including the two announced but delayed from last week. Boston will now travel to Wycombe tomorrow night with just 12 professional players, one youth team player, and no back-up goalkeeper. They are currently 9/4 for relegation.
