Decision on Chester game in morning

A decision on whether the game at Chester goes ahead will be taken in the morning according to a spokesman at the club.

The pitch is clear at present (5pm) but much will depend on whether there is a hard frost tonight.

The referee, Lee Probert, has been at the pitch this afternoon.

Chester City staff will be at the ground early in the morning in an effort to ensure the game goes ahead.
