"Rushden and Diamonds Football Club are pleased to announce that an agreement acceptable to all parties has been signed with Hereford United concerning the transfer of defender Phil Gulliver.
"Phil has now returned to Hereford and all at Rushden and Diamonds wish him the very best with his future career."
There is no word on what fee, if any, is involved.
