The Football League have won £4 (yes, £4) in damages after winning their case against their former legal advisors.
The FL took Edge Ellison to court seeking £150 million in damages over their advice to the FL while negotiating the failed ITV Digital contract. The judge found two counts of breach of duty in the FL's favour, and awarded damages of £2 each stating that neither breach was serious.
