Notts County manager Steve Thompson has confirmed that he is interested in signing ex-Bull Steve Guinan.
Thompson, who signed two strikers last week to add to the one still at Meadow Lane, is still looking for two more forwards and admits Guinan is a target, telling the official Notts County site: "Guinan is one I am pursuing. Obviously we are looking at a number of players, but he is one we are pursuing."
"Hopefully we will have a week as busy as last week with some positive results. We will have to wait and see though. Like I said we might not get all the players we want, but if we can get some of them then I will be happy."
