Team celebrated late into the night

Hereford United's winning team celebrated late into night after gaining promotion to the League at Leicester yesterday.

They were said to be still in high spirits at 3am this morning having nearly drunk the venue dry.

Who could blame them.

As Graham Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester they'd had a terrific day.

"The atmosphere here has been electric. The two teams went at it hammer and tongs.

"I thought it was a good advert for Conference football and the atmosphere was incredible."
