Anthony Elding has left Kettering Town after moving to the club from Stevenage. Elding had fallen out with manager Graham Westley, who then curtailed where he could move to.
The official Kettering site reports:
Anthony Elding's contract has been terminated a week early by mutual consent, leaving Elding free to pursue his career elsewhere.
After joining from Stevenage in January, Elding made 14 appearances for the Poppies, scored 4 goals and received two red cards in his brief Kettering Town career.
Kettering finished sixth in the Conference North.
Meanwhile it looks quite possible that former Hereford United player/coach Phil Robinson could be leading Stafford Rangers into the Conference.
His team meets Droylsden at Burton Albion on Saturday for a place in the Conference.
