Not Underdogs says Wilder

Halifax Town manager Chris Wilder brings his side to Edgar Street tomorrow having lost just once in their last nine Conference outings. But last weekend Kidderminster Harriers took a point from them at the Shay and Wilder was said to be disappointed.

"We were disappointed we didn't take full advantage last weekend, but you just get on with it, " Wilder told the Halifax Courier.

"We were expected to beat Kidderminster quite comfortably.

"I think that everyone will have us as the underdogs tomorrow, but we are not underdogs in our eyes.

"We have done well all over the country this season and we are going to Hereford in decent nick.

"We have lacked a bit of rhythm in the last two home games for various reasons. The pitch hasn't helped and opposition teams have gone to the Shay and sat men behind the ball.

"It is a big pat on the back for us that teams feel the need to slow things down against us.

"But I would not have thought that will be a problem tomorrow."
