Bulls Squeeze Past Halifax With Late Winner

The Bulls move into second place with a 1-0 win over Halifax at Edgar Street today.

Adam Stansfield scrambled a 77th minute winner and forced 12 corners in a strong performance despite struggling to field 16 players, with Rob Purdie becoming ill overnight and Danny Carey-Bertram on the bench despite not being fit.

The Bulls remain 11 points adrift of Accrington, but head a six-strong pack of play off contenders all within three points of each other.
